Shipping Method and Time

Om Tibetan Jewelry sends all of our orders by USPS or UPS. The shipping choices for online orders shipped within the United States and internationally are Standard, Priority, and Domestic Overnight.  We ship items in one to two business days. The shipping time in the United States will be 3 to 7 days. If you would like for us to ship through shippers besides USPS or UPS, please let us know. If there are extra costs to ship with other carriers, we will let you know. Express orders placed by 3 PM EST will ship on the same business day. If you have a rush shipment, give us a call and we will do our best to work with your timeline.

Shipping time to countries outside the United States varies. It normally takes 10 to 20 business days. Tracking numbers are not available for orders outside the United States.

Please understand that choosing Overnight does not necessarily mean your order will be in your hands tomorrow. While most orders do ship on the same day, depending on when your order is received, some will be shipped on the following day. If you urgently need an item, please give us a call.

International Orders

Import tax or duty might be charged by customs if the jewelry is shipped to countries other than the United States, and this will paid by the customer. Upon request, we will offer insurance or use other shipping carriers. If there are extra costs, we will contact you.

Order Methods

If you would prefer to order offline, just send us an email with your name, telephone number, and what you would like to order, and we will call and get the rest of your information by phone.

Payment Methods

Online orders can be paid by credit card, debit card and PayPal. We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, and Discover. We also accept most bank VISA or MasterCard debit cards.

Orders sent via mail can be paid by credit card, cashier's check or money order.
If you want to pay by money order or cash, please send it to Sylvia Smelcer at 11316 Hattery Lane Austin, TX 78717. Please leave us a note with the item numbers you would like to receive.

Back Orders

In the unlikely event that a Tibetan jewelry item in your order is unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges). It normally takes two weeks for a Tibetan jewelry item to reach you if it is on backorder.

Return Policy

Om Tibetan Jewelry would like you to be happy with your jewelry purchase. You can return or exchange your Tibetan jewelry using the guidelines below.

United States

If any item is damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately. And if in any other way you are dissatisfied with your Tibetan jewelry order, you may return the item(s) within 5 days of accepting delivery. We will refund the purchase price. We do not refund the shipping price on returned Tibetan jewelry or on orders that qualified for free shipping. For those items qualified for free shipping, we will deduct the actual shipping cost if you return the items.

Countries Outside United States

If you are dissatisfied with your Tibetan jewelry, you can return the item(s) within 5 days of accepting delivery. We will refund you the purchase price, but not the shipping.
