Each bead in this mala is 5 mm and there are 108 beads in total. There are small counter beads throughout the mala. There are also two sets of three counter beads on the end of these prayer beads. You can use these beads to help you count multiple rotations during meditation. Bodhi seeds are considered auspicious because it was underneath a Bodhi tree where Buddha found enlightenment. This Bodhi seed prayer beads mala is made from 108 Bodhi seeds. This mala can be worn as a necklace or wrapped around your wrist and worn as a bracelet.
