There is a small coral stone in the center of the pendant and there are turquoise stones on either side of the pendant. There is sterling silver on either side of the pendant. Lapis lazuli was once more valuable tha diamonds or gold. Lapis lazuli can be used to open up some of the chakras. This pendant is 2.25 inches long and 1.5 inches wide and was handmade in Nepal.
