The Tibetan form of the Om symbol is different from the Sanskrit form because (to my English-reading eyes) the first part of the om symbol looks like a 3, and then the second part of the om symbol in the Tibetan form of the Om looks like a V, while the second part of the om in the Sanskrit Om symbol looks like an O. This om pendant is made from sterling silver and inlaid with turquoise. There is one coral stone at the top of this pendant. The sterling silver, .925 sign is engraved on the back of this pendant. This Om pendant is 1.75 inches long and 1.25 inches wide. This turquoise and sterling silver om pendant was handmade in Nepal.
